Hi! I'm Tanwen. I'm 11 years old and have been interested in robotics for as long as I can remember.
I LOVE turtles, and I really want a pet. I have long, straight brown hair, but I want to cut it soon, and I have hazel eyes.
My Robot Design
My robot design was designed in Tincercad using the 3D design feature, which can also be used to make 3D prints! In my robot there is an Aruino Uno, an ultrasonic sensor, 2 Hobby Motors, a power switch, a printed circuit board and a 3.7V lithium-ion battery.I learnt how to hollow out shapes in Tincercad and what is necessary to make a self-driving robot.
If I was to make this robot again, I would have tried not to procrastinate so much so that I could have completed the challenge in the Zoom call and had my questions answered.
Robotics Club
As I mentioned near the begining, I have always been intrested in robotics, so, when I got the chance, I joined Robotics Club! My favourite topic was the Electronics because I understood it quickest and easiest.
